Golf, to paraphrase noted sport psychologist Dr. Bob Rotella, is not a game of perfect—it’s a game of recovery. It requires resilience for optimum performance and provides numerous opportunities to build resilience. Learning to be more resilient, for example, can result in lower scores on the course and enhanced well-being off the course.
